Musaned initiative

The Ministry of Labor and Social Development launched the website “Musaned” as part of the domestic workers program in 1435 AH. With the aim of unifying recruitment procedures under one umbrella, familiarizing both the employer and the domestic worker with the rights and duties, and organizing mechanisms through coordination with domestic labor service providers from companies and licensed recruitment offices within the Kingdom. It also provides recruitment supports according to the list of permitted countries and for different professions according to the approved regulations.

Musaned platform is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. It is a comprehensive electronic platform that provides an integrated experience for recruiting domestic workers, and aims to facilitate procedures and raise the level of preserving the rights of all parties by clarifying obligations and requirements in a clear and organized manner.

Musaned application is available for mobile on Android and iPhone, and it is an official application supported by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the Kingdom to serve domestic workers. It allows you to easily request and issue a recruitment visa, follow up on the status of previous visas step by step, in addition to benefiting from the worker documentation service through a reliable mechanism that facilitates procedures and preserves the rights of all parties.

Musaned fees

You can pay the domestic worker visa fees easily through the bank’s government services or through electronic payment channels. Musaned provides multiple and secure payment options, so you can choose what suits you best from Mada, Visa, or MasterCard.
