The Unified Recruitment Journey is an integrated recruitment process that begins from the client's desire to hire a domestic worker, starting with choosing the profession and nationality of the required worker until their arrival. This is done by accessing the Musaned platform and submitting a new recruitment request.
The Unified Journey consists of simple steps and stages: 1- The client submits a recruitment request by selecting the profession, nationality, and recruitment office. 2- The system verifies the applicant's eligibility for visa issuance. 3- The recruitment office sends recruitment offers. 4- The client reviews the sent offers and prioritizes the CVs. 5- The client pays the agreed-upon recruitment costs.
Regulations for granting recruitment visas for domestic workers and those equivalent to them for individuals can be found here.
If the visa has been previously issued, the response to the request by the recruitment office takes a maximum of two days. However, if the visa is new, the response may take up to 7 days maximum.
If the visa request is rejected, the recruitment request is automatically rejected. The reasons for visa rejection can be viewed on the Musaned platform under - Visas.
If the visa request is rejected after paying the recruitment cost, a text message containing the reason for rejection is sent. You can modify the request within a maximum of 4 days by: 1- Paying traffic violations. 2- Ensuring there are no government suspensions via your Absher account: Ministry of Interior Electronic Portal – Electronic Services – Diwan of the Ministry of Interior – Circular Inquiry Service. 3- Paying government fees through SADAD: Payments - Government Payments - Recruitment - Worker/Work Visa.
